Rental Policy
Please make sure that you read this policy. You and your party will be held responsible for any damage or refusal to follow this policy.

Payment/terms:
- $50.00 (with kitchen), $25.00 (without kitchen) non-refundable deposit upon reservation. Balance due 14 days before arrival.
- Check in 4:00 p.m. check out 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy:
- Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. your deposit will not be refunded for any reason.

Children
- Never leave your children unsupervised or alone in cabin or on property.
- Please watch your children. Hickory Hill Cabins is a wooded area. It is unlevel with lots of trees. Please make sure that you and your party are careful. We are not responsible for any accidents, or damage to your personal property.
Inventory:
- Inventory is taken for each cabin.
- Please do not take towels/linens out side.
- Do not flush sanitary napkins down the toilet.
- If any items are damage for missing you will be charged for those items.
Smoking:
- Please no smoking in the cabins. You will be charged for extra cleaning cost if found in cabins.
- Out side is ok, make sure all butts are deposited in the trash. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A MESS with your cigarette butts!!
